8 Breakfast Options: To Speed Up Weight Loss
The morning routine can be a big rush to say the least, leaving little time to plan for a good breakfast but the wrong foods can lead to a day of snacking, cravings & overeating, bad news for your waistline. On the other hand the perfect breakfast can help you feel satisfied & full of the energy needed to take on the day without the mid-morning slump. We’ve put together 8 of our favourite breakfast options to help you shift pounds & feel your best. Let's get down to business, make sure you start every morning with a glass of cold water, you’re probably too sleepy to notice but all those hours of sleep will leave your body in need of hydration.
1. Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs.
Smoked salmon (70 g), one egg with semi skimmed milk - Add a good handful of spinach leaves.
2. Greek Yogurt, Blueberries and Raspberries
Low fat natural Greek yoghurt (200 g) with a handful of raspberries and/or blueberries (100 g ). Add some crushed almonds.
3. Poached Eggs & Spinach
Two poached eggs with a plate full of dark green spinach leaves. Add a light/low fat salad dressing.
4. Omelette Red Pepper & Mushroom
Two eggs with lots of chopped red peppers and mushrooms
5. Peanut Butter & Banana Rye
A piece of rye bread, a thin spread of peanut butter with a chopped banana.

50 g of porridge oats with 250 ml semi skimmed milk with 20 g blueberries

Two eggs with semi skimmed milk (220 ml) with one piece of brown / wholemeal toast.
