3. GET THAT FIBRE

We agree, it's all about low-carbs these days, but don't miss out on fibre. It's proven to help you feel fuller for longer. You could sprinkle flaxseed onto yoghurt or maybe some sliced almonds to your salad.

4. KEEP EATING

Eating regularly & steadily over the course of the day feeds your metabolism and keeps it burning calories at a steady rate. Big meals, actually, slow it down.
 
As a guide eat three small meals (300 to 350 calories each) and two snacks (100 to 150 calories each) and drink plenty of fresh water.
 

5. KICK THE BLOAT

This isn't really a weight loss tip but if you're heading to the beach you probably should know that onions, peppers and broccoli, all cause bloating
 
Stick with water-based veg like spinach, asparagus and cucumbers. Fruits with potassium like bananas and oranges also help to get rid of water retention.
 

6. STAY HYDRATED

If you don't drink enough water then the cells in your body will start to retain it. Drinking 2 to 3 litres a day is one of the easiest tips to produce fast weight loss results.
 
Sip away slowly and it'll hit your bloodstream rather than just filtering out through your liver. That way you won't be running to the loo every 10 minutes!

A high protein diet will help keep you feeling fuller & more satisfied for longer whilst fending off those unnecessary snack cravings. Keep it lean, light & protein rich.
